mabar8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the mabar8 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference (the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the mabar8 platform and must not register an account or place any wagers.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mabar8. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

To register and maintain an account on mabar8, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. mabar8 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from Indonesia or a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of mabar8 or any affiliated third-party game provider or payment processor.
• You must not be self-excluded from the mabar8 platform or any associated gaming network at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during which your account remains active.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

mabar8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time, and to suspend or permanently close your account if eligibility cannot be confirmed to mabar8's reasonable satisfaction.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) mabar8 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number registered in your own name.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• Your date of birth.
• Your residential address in Indonesia.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information at all times. If any of the information provided changes, you must update your account profile promptly. mabar8 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your mabar8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. mabar8 staff will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you personally, is your sole responsibility.

mabar8 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. mabar8 also reserves the right to require KYC verification at registration, upon reaching specified deposit or wagering thresholds, or at any time when verification is deemed necessary for security or compliance purposes.

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport.
• Proof of Age: Confirmed by the date of birth on the identity document above.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds (e.g., a BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking screen showing your name and account number; an OVO, DANA, or GoPay profile screen).

Additional documents may be requested on a case-by-case basis. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the mabar8 Privacy Policy. mabar8 will process KYC submissions within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.

6.1 Deposits. mabar8 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. mabar8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees independently of mabar8.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name and matching the identity on your verified mabar8 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the account holder, or international bank accounts are not permitted.

6.3 Processing Times. mabar8 targets withdrawal processing within three (3) minutes for standard requests following KYC approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, for large-value withdrawals requiring additional verification, or where additional security checks are required. mabar8 does not guarantee any specific processing time and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.

6.4 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your mabar8 account, you represent and warrant that all funds are from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of any unlawful activity. mabar8 operates anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. mabar8 may apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 per month to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold is reached. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. The remaining balance remains yours and will be released in full upon reactivation and successful re-verification of your identity.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by mabar8 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they can be withdrawn as Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, low-volatility slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date are forfeited automatically.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus offer may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum single bet or wager per round is Rp 200.000 unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• No Bonus Abuse: mabar8 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a player or a group of related players has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gaming risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

8.1 General. Each game category on the mabar8 platform — including sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel (numbers lottery), and online poker — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or category page. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that game.

8.2 Sportsbook Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the mabar8 sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. mabar8 uses verified official data sources to determine match results, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and other covered competitions. In the event of a data feed error or manifest pricing error, mabar8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

8.3 Manifest Errors. Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, a human input error, or a data feed failure, mabar8 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. "Clearly erroneous" means odds that deviate materially from the market price available at comparable platforms at the time of acceptance. mabar8 will notify affected players within 48 hours of identifying a manifest error.

8.4 Togel Markets. Togel draw results are sourced from the officially declared draw outcomes for each market. mabar8 does not operate or control togel draws. In the event that a draw result cannot be officially confirmed, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

8.5 Disconnections. mabar8 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage during gameplay. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in a slot or live casino game, the round outcome as recorded by the game server at the point of disconnection shall be the final result.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mabar8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any aspect of the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker games or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event covered by the mabar8 sportsbook.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a deliberate manner to gain credits or advantages not intended by the game design. All such gains are void.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting using funds derived from bonus offers or across linked accounts in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of any unlawful activity (money laundering).
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage the mabar8 platform, servers, or databases by any means.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

10.1 Suspension by mabar8. mabar8 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you are in breach of these Terms; (b) your account has been accessed without authorization; (c) a verification check is required; or (d) your account is connected with fraudulent or suspicious activity.

10.2 Closure by mabar8. mabar8 may permanently close your account where: (a) you have materially breached these Terms and the breach is incapable of remedy or has not been remedied within five (5) days of written notice; (b) you are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct under Section 9; or (c) continued operation of your account would expose mabar8 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

10.3 Closure by You. You may close your mabar8 account at any time by contacting live support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after settlement of all pending bets will be returned to your verified payment method within ten (10) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

10.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion directly from the account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Please refer to the Responsible Gaming page for full details.

All content on the mabar8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of mabar8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit: reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works from any platform content; use of any automated tool to extract data from the platform (scraping); or any commercial use of any platform content without the prior written consent of mabar8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mabar8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or transaction, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your mabar8 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mabar8 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Any interruption to, suspension of, or inability to access the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond mabar8's reasonable control.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or network operators.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

mabar8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mabar8 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the platform's services (e.g., payment processors for transaction processing, KYC verification providers, and game studios for game delivery) or where required by law.

mabar8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of player-protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — all accessible directly from the account dashboard without contacting support.

mabar8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Where amendments are required urgently — for example to address a security vulnerability or comply with a change in applicable law — they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region.

The parties agree to seek resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent mabar8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
